As we look to expand our sizeable portfolio across multiple growing sectors including healthcare and commercial real estate, we are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative Client Operations Analyst to join our team in support of our client and operational excellence efforts.

About the Role

The Client Operations Analyst partners closely with the Manager, Client Operations and cross-functional teams to support order management, reporting, and operational analysis. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth client experience by tracking key milestones, maintaining accurate systems and data, coordinating internal teams, and providing actionable data insights that support informed decision-making across Sales, Engineering, Construction/Deployment, Accounting, Legal, and other business functions.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage client operations workflows, ensuring orders move efficiently and internal teams stay aligned to customer commitments.
  • Track order milestones, backlog, and project timelines, proactively identifying risks, trends, and opportunities to improve execution.
  • Maintain accurate client, contract, and project data in Salesforce and other systems to support operational visibility and reliable reporting.
  • Analyze operational, sales, and financial data to develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that support decision-making and performance insights.
  • Lead client and internal meetings to align stakeholders, clarify next steps, and support successful order and project execution.
  • Support client communications, including status updates, fulfillment reporting, and business review materials with clear, actionable analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Construction, Field Operations, Marketing, and other teams to improve efficiencies and deliver a consistently strong client experience.
  • Improve data quality and reporting processes by validating information, responding to business requests, and identifying opportunities streamlining deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, finance, economics, computer science, statistics, or a related field strongly preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and support sound business decisions
  • Demonstrated willingness to embrace new tools and approaches to conducting business including AI programs such as CoPilot, Chat GPT and Claude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, presentations, client updates, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards for data accuracy and security
  • Ability to travel occasionally (less than 5%)
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment approximately four days per week

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in client operations, order management, data analysis, reporting, administrative operations, or data governance
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Familiarity with data visualization or analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, VBA, Python, or R
